-Wear something comfortable and easy to move in.
-Bring water.
-Don’t judge yourself or others (we all have to start somewhere).
-Give it a go, don’t tell yourself you can’t do it before you’ve even tried.
-Practice safely. You know your body better than anyone else.
-Try lots of classes, teachers or studios! Everyone has something different to offer, so find what works for you.
-Go slow and focus on building a good foundation.
-Rest as and when you need.
-Don’t forget to breathe. The most important thing to do in class.
