Hello dear ones,

How are you doing over there?

There is an unmistakable shift happening all around us right now. The soil is warming, green shoots are pushing through the dark earth, and the light lingers just a little longer each afternoon. After months of winter’s quiet internal focus, nature is extending an invitation to unfurl, open up, and step back into the sun.

This seasonal awakening naturally reflects in how our bodies want to move. Where winter called for deep rest and inward reflection, spring invites a gentle clearing out of stagnant energy. It is time to open the chest, twist out the old, and invite fresh oxygen into every corner of the lungs. We don’t need to force a dramatic transformation overnight; we simply need to wake up alongside the earth, one slow breath at a time.

When we allow our practice to adapt in harmony with our natural rhythms, we find a deeper sense of ease. We stop treating our bodies as projects to be fixed and start honouring them as living, feeling vessels that ebb and flow.

Stop by in the comments if you wish, and share what fresh energy you are inviting into your movement this spring.

With love,

Moving with you, exactly as you are.
