Hello dear ones,

How are you doing over there?

Life rarely moves in a straight line. Just like the ocean, it arrives in tides—moments of rising energy, moments of quiet stillness, and moments where everything feels completely in flux. So often, we waste our precious energy resisting these shifts, wishing for a different rhythm than the one we are currently navigating.

True practice lies in learning to ride the waves rather than fighting the current. In high-energy seasons, allow yourself to build and flow fully. In quiet seasons, rest deeply without guilt, knowing that stillness is a vital part of the cycle. In uncertain seasons, return to your breath as your steady anchor. Wherever you find yourself right now, remember that you do not need to force the pace. You are allowed to move slowly.

When we allow our practice to adapt in harmony with our natural rhythms, we find a deeper sense of ease. We stop treating our bodies as projects to be fixed and start honouring them as living, feeling vessels that ebb and flow.

Stop by in the comments if you wish, and share which phase of the wave you are navigating right now.

With love,

Moving with you, exactly as you are.
