Hello dear ones,

How are you doing over there?

How often do we hold back from trying something new, or stepping onto our mat, because we are afraid we won’t do it “right”? We live in a culture obsessed with flawless final products, neat achievements, and perfect forms. But the moment we measure our movement by how it looks rather than how it feels, we lose the magic of the experience altogether.

Growth is messy, cyclical, and wonderfully imperfect. Some days your balance will be steady and your breath will flow effortlessly; other days you will wobble, lose focus, and need to rest after five minutes. Both days are equally valuable parts of the journey. Embracing progress over perfection frees us to play, explore, and treat our practice as an ongoing conversation rather than a performance.

Stop by in the comments if you wish, and share one area of your life where you are giving yourself permission to be a beginner again.

With love,

Moving with you, exactly as you are.
